The company received Series A venture capital financing of $18.3 MM from Latterell Venture Partners, U.S. Venture Partners, Advanced Technology Ventures, the Vertical Group, and GenenFUND. On May 15, 2006 the company announced the closing of Series B capital financing of $45.0 MM led by Delphi Ventures.
